This course is targeted for the master students of IDKAIST. The course objectives for the students are

  • To understand the underlying philosophies and techniques of interaction design : Advanced theories of interaction design
  • To learn the issues and trends of interactive media design projects and researches (Both New Media Art and Design field)
  • To improve essential prototyping skills for designers and design researchers of the future who should deal with tangible and intangible aspects of design, and who should deal with complex interactive products/systems.


Class activities are mix of lectures, projects, article reviews and the presentaions of technology research and case studies.
